How to ranger roll a t-shirt!
Переглядів 1,5 млн7 років тому
Good skill to learn for efficient packing or for simple organization. I used this technique while I served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army and is a skill that I still find useful today in the civilian world. I hope you enjoy, Thanks for watching! For a more detailed, step-by-step tutorial, check out our Instructable at: www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Ranger-Roll-a-T-Shirt/

Pack flat or roll. Packing cubes? Why? Volume is volume. When I traveled, I discovered “less crap” and handwashing! And this is not for everyone but Shopping Bags! Two to be precise. A carry-on and a personal item. Super simple. Super light. Super cheap. Maximum tacky! Have a good trip!

What a complicated way to do it! Far too much thought. You're packing for a fashion show, not for practically.

i am looking for a fold where the tag of the t-shirt is visible after the folding. This allows to make different sizes visible so that it is easier to distribute to volunteers without needed to remove and check...

The military certainly does teach you ways to spend hours foldiung a f-ing t-shirt. I just recently stopped doing it the way the Navy wanted me to do it, and I think I've already saved years of my life! :D

In the Marines, we just threw socks and underwear into the middle of the shirt and rolled it up. You can get a weeks worth of clothes in a small place. WTF am I doing with this in combat?

I do that, sorta. I leave the collar on the outside so I can tell my frayed shop/work T's from my 'dress' T's :) But, then, I'm not pack in a pack.
